Director Robert Stevenson BSc DipTP DMS MCMI MRTPI, is a
Chartered Town Planner with 33 years experience. Following fifteen years experience in mainly senior posts with Local Authority planning departments Robert has, since 1989, been strongly supported by a wide range of private sector clients who rely on him to pursue their development objectives whether it be to obtain planning permission
for a single dwelling or provide strategic guidance for a major urban extension.

In addition to being an expert in assessing development potential
and designing strategies to secure relevant planning permissions, sometimes on appeal, Robert is also skilled and experienced in the sale and acquisition of development land having handled
£30,000,000 of transactions since 2000.

Robert has used his negotiating skills on behalf of clients to secure satisfactory outcomes in enforcement cases and has on occasion even been called in by Councils to sort out particularly difficult cases. Robert is currently representing a wide range of development companies and landowners in negotiations with Central Government aimed at securing funding for much needed infrastructure provision in East Kent.
